1. Acceptance of Terms

By entering Sunset Crown View Casino Resort ("the Casino") or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not enter the Casino or use our services.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to enter the casino gaming areas and participate in gaming activities. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for age verification. We reserve the right to request identification at any time.

3. Gaming Rules and Regulations

All gaming activities are subject to:

• Nevada Gaming Control Board regulations
• House rules posted at each gaming table and machine
• Management decisions, which are final
• Daily betting limits as posted

Management reserves the right to refuse service to any person and to exclude any person from the Casino for any reason.

4. Player's Club Membership

Membership in our player's club is free but subject to eligibility requirements. Benefits and rewards:

• Are not transferable and have no cash value
• May be modified or discontinued at any time
• Are subject to availability and blackout dates
• Expire if the account is inactive for 12 months

5. Responsible Gaming Policy

Sunset Crown View is committed to responsible gaming. We provide:

• Self-exclusion programs for individuals with gambling problems
• Access to problem gambling resources and counseling
• Staff training to identify problem gambling behaviors
• Limits on ATM withdrawals and check cashing

Gambling should be entertaining, not a way to make money. Please gamble responsibly and within your means.

6. Conduct and Behavior

Patrons must:

• Conduct themselves in an orderly manner
• Comply with all security and staff instructions
• Not engage in cheating, collusion, or advantage play
• Not be intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances
• Dress appropriately for the venue

Violation of these rules may result in removal from the property and forfeiture of winnings.

7. Security and Surveillance

For security purposes:

• The entire property is under 24/7 video surveillance
• All gaming transactions are monitored and recorded
• Security personnel may search bags and personal belongings
• We cooperate fully with law enforcement

8. Hotel Reservations

Room reservations are subject to:

• Availability and confirmation
• Check-in at 3:00 PM, check-out at 11:00 AM
• Credit card guarantee and deposit requirements
• Cancellation policies vary by rate and season
• Incidental charges for room damage

9. Prizes and Jackpots

All jackpots and prizes:

• Are subject to verification and validation
• May be subject to tax withholding and reporting (IRS Form W-2G)
• Must be claimed within 180 days
• Malfunction voids all pays and plays

10. Limitation of Liability

The Casino is not responsible for:

• Lost, stolen, or damaged personal property
• Personal injury unless caused by our negligence
• Third-party actions or services
• Force majeure events beyond our control

11. Promotional Offers

All promotional offers, bonuses, and comps:

• Are subject to specific terms and conditions
• Cannot be combined unless stated otherwise
• May be modified or cancelled at any time
• Are void if obtained through fraud or abuse

12. Disputes

Any disputes arising from gaming activities or these terms shall be resolved through:

• Management review as the first step
• Nevada Gaming Control Board if necessary
• Arbitration in Clark County, Nevada

13. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our data practices.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
